EloCare Device Protection includes:

• One replacement of your device due to malfunction for any reason (intentional damage excluded) during the coverage period
• One year coverage period
• This coverage is in addition to the included limited 1-yr warranty that protects against defects from manufacturing.
• Priority support for troubleshooting and warranty claims, including fast replacement of your device.

To make a claim under the policy, simply reach out to our support team referencing your order number. Most claims are assessed within 1 business day and replacement devices arrive within 2 – 4 business days.
