Engineered with integrated safety sensing for precise temperature control and peace of mind. Elo is single-degree adjustable from 100°f – 130°f in warm mode. When frozen stones are added, the system can enable temperature bring up from 14°f – 60°f.
Stainless steel holds heat up to 2x longer than traditional volcanic stones for longer hands-on time. Exact heat retention depends on heat level, ambient temperature and body temperature.
Cleaning is fast and simple. Wipe down docks and stones with a disinfectant wipe or a diluted solution of alcohol and water. Stones can be washed with dish soap and water.

Yes, they can be used cold. Elo stones are naturally cold at room temperature and are great for most people. For cryo treatments, a freezer or fridge can be used to cool the stones further. Elo dock will recognize frozen stones, helping track or bring temperatures up from freezing for precise contrast or cold stone protocols.

Elo was designed for heavy, grounding back or abdominal layouts that can be modified to add more weight as needed. Each stone comes with a silicone cover that enables stones to stack and stay in place on the body for a high-pressure experience.
