Preorder Shipping

Preorders have now closed. Thank you to all who supported our preorder campaign for Elo Gen 2. If you are looking to place a new order, please do so on our website, where normal shipping timelines appl.

Preorder batch shipment status is based on the Batch number.

Batch 1 (all orders placed March to end of July 2026) – Preoders have shipped

Batch 2 (all orders placed in August 2026) – Preorders have shipped.

All preorders receive an order confirmation. When your order is ready to ship, we'll reach out with tracking information by email. 

Once shipped, US orders typically take between 12 and 16 business days.
