Preorder Shipping

We’re aware of a delivery delay affecting a small group of orders and have been working directly with the shipping provider to redirect the impacted packages.

The shipping provider has advised that all delayed orders should be delivered by local carrier no later than October 16.

We sincerely apologize for the delay to your order. As the Gen 2 system is still newly launched, these orders are currently shipping internationally with special handling. We’re actively working to make the delivery experience faster and more streamlined going forward. Please feel free to reach out if you need anything during the wait.

Preorder batch shipment status is based on the Batch number.

Batch 1 (all orders placed March to end of July 2026) – Preoders have shipped

Batch 2 (all orders placed in August 2026) – Preorders have shipped.

All preorders receive an order confirmation. When your order is ready to ship, we'll reach out with tracking information by email. 

Once shipped, US orders typically take between 12 and 16 business days.
